About the Author

Dr Paul Horne is an entomologist who runs his own company, IPM Technologies P/L, specialising in integrated pest management and the biological control of insect pests. His work regularly takes him to all states of Australia and around the world. Denis Crawford is a macrophotography specialist with an international reputation. His images appear regularly in Australian magazines and publications, and his business, Graphic Science, combines his lifelong interests in photography and science.
